ARMED/UNARMED CONTRACT SECURITY
Request for Armed and Unarmed Security Services; experienced in performing security services during concerts and events at outdoor venues with a capacity of 5,000.
A total of 19 security staff are needed; four (4) Armed Officers and fifteen (15) Unarmed Officers per event/concert; staff can be increased or decreased pending the capacity of each concert/event.
The following equipment is needed per event/concert: Uniforms, Entrance Gate Security Wands, Night Sticks, Bull Horns, Walkie-Talkies, Patrol Cars, Scooters, Bikes, etc.
Estimated Budget Cost per concert/event
Billing Rate Proposed for Armed Officers: $20.00 up to $30.00 per hour
Billing Rate Proposed for Unarmed Officers: $10.00 up to $20.00 per hour
Billable Hours per event for Armed Officer: 4 officers X 8 hours = 32 hours
Billable Hours per event for Unarmed Officers: 15 officers x 8 hours = 120 hours
Total Billable Hours per Event: 152 hours
A total of 20 proposed events are scheduled per calendar year.
